Bartlett Library hosts donation drive for Anderson Animal Shelter

April is a big month for animals; all month is Pet Donation Month, and April 11, is National Pet Day. That is why throughout the month of April, the Bartlett Library is collecting items for the Anderson Animal Shelter located in South Elgin.

There is a bin located in the library's lobby for patrons to drop off the donated items. At the check-out desk there is a box where monetary or gift card donations will be accepted.

Some of the items being asked for are cat litter, different brands of cat and dog food, vitamins/supplements, kongs, nail trimmers, laundry soap and bleach, dish soap and more. For a complete list, visit the Bartlett Library throughout April.
