Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Casserole

1 can 14.5 ounce mushroom soup

¾ cup mayonnaise

¾ cup cheddar cheese

1-1½ cup frozen broccoli, slightly thawed

1½ cup cooked rice (1 bag)

3-4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into approximately 1-inch cubes

2 teaspoons Lawry salt (divided)

Pepper to taste

1 cup cornflakes or other crunchy unsweetened cereal

2 tablespoons melted butter

¼ cup almonds

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

In a 2-quart casserole bowl mix mushroom soup, mayo, cheese, broccoli, cooked rice, chicken breast. Add 1 teaspoon of Lawry salt and pepper to taste. Put cornflakes in large bag or bowl, add butter and almonds, and mix until blended. Put on top of casserole and bake in oven for 45 minutes.
