Spring at Sullivan's
Sullivan's in Naperville heralds warmer weather (we hope!) with the arrival of its spring menu. How about the seafood sampler for two, shrimp cargot, blue crab stuffed shrimp, hand-cut filet duo, jalapeño king crab gnocchi or broiled salmon Rockefeller? Treat your sweet tooth to the black velvet cake, or try a new cocktail like the Brooklyn (Knob Creek Rye, Carpano Antica formula Vermouth, Luxardo Maraschino, maraschino cherry and peychauds bitters) or the Peach Old Fashioned (Knob Creek Bourbon, peach puree, simple syrup, maraschino cherry and Angostura bitters with lemon garnish). Sullivan's Steakhouse Naperville is at 244 S. Main St., Naperville. (630) 305-0230 or sullivanssteakhouse.com.
