Elk Grove Township opens job help center

Elk Grove Township has opened a new Employment Support Center to help residents with resumes, interview skills, networking and job campaigns, officials said Monday.

The center, run by Bob Podgorski of RPP Enterprises, will be staffed from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays at the township building, 2400 S. Arlington Heights Road in Arlington Heights.

Computer work stations are available for jobseekers, and half-hour and one-hour appointments are available for employment counseling by calling (224) 222-0935.

Businesses looking to hire can have their openings posted on a community resource board by emailing LMenich@ElkGroveTownship.com.
