New breakfast restaurant open in Arlington Heights
A new breakfast restaurant is now open in the former IHOP along Golf Road in Arlington Heights.
Golden Brunch, 31 E. Golf Road, opened about a month ago, said owner Vasilios Nikolopoulos.
It is the first restaurant for the Nikolopoulos family, who lives in the area and said so far it is going well.
"It's been better than we expected. The weekends are busy and the customers are happy," he said. "It's a nice neighborhood with good people." Golden Brunch is open daily from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. Their menu includes omelettes, skillets, French toast, pancakes for breakfast and sandwiches and burgers for lunch.
