On Thursday, June 2, Wahlberg will host a unique fundraiser in St. Charles for his wife's autism organization, Generation Rescue.
It will include Wahlberg — a member of the 1990s boy band, New Kids on the Block — performing a solo concert at the Arcada Theatre with “special guests,” and a VIP After Party at the Hotel Baker in St. Charles, where Wahlberg and McCarthy were married in 2014.
Ticket prices are not yet available.
The fundraiser also includes a chance to hang out with the celebrity couple at a private location the following night, and watch the premiere of the new season of “Rock This Boat,” the New Kids on the Block reality TV show.
The couple's lives in St. Charles are currently part of another reality TV show, “Donnie Loves Jenny,” on A&E.
Early access to tickets and VIP After Party Passes are available to New Kids on the Block fan club members who buy a $24.99 “I'm Going Home with Donnie” T-shirt at www.represent.com/donnie. A pre-sale for fan club members begins at 10 a.m. Friday, April 1.
