Oak Brook Hilton nets award

OAK BROOK -- Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites received a 2015 Hilton Hotels & Resorts Brand Award, with the honor of being the recipient of the Bright Blue Futures Hospitality Award for hotels with less than 500 rooms.

The annual recognition celebrates the outstanding accomplishments by Hilton hotels and individuals around the world. As an award recipient, Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites has demonstrated the highest level of quality and service throughout the brand.


"This is an award dedicated to each of our team members," said Donald Hill, director of sales and marketing, Hilton Hotels of Chicago/Oak Brook. "Their commitment and passion throughout the year in support of organizations within the local community is second to none."

The Bright Blue Futures Award is given to the hotel that demonstrates value creation to both the local community (youth) and the hotel, team member engagement and skills development through youth-focused community activity and commitment to long-standing support and activities creating long term positive impact. The recognition from the brand arrived after many years of work by the Hilton Chicago/Oak Brook Suites team in support of the students and faculty of Stella May Swartz School as well as the Salvation Army Corps.
