NAI Hiffman completes three industrial transactions

OAKBROOK TERRACE -- NAI Hiffman recently represented TIAA in its lease renewal for 34,717 square feet with Cable Plus at 2012 Corporate Lane in Naperville.

The property is 188,560 square feet with 21 exterior docks, 3 drive-in doors, 28-foot clear ceilings and is close to the interchanges at I-88 & Winfield Road and I-88 & Rt. 59.

 

Mark Moran, Steve Connolly and Brett Tomfohrde with NAI Hiffman's Industrial Services group represented TIAA. Justin Lerner with Transwestern represented the tenant.

The NAI Hiffman team also represented College West Limited Partnership in its new lease with Tecta Roofing for 16,353 square feet at 4813 Kingston Drive in Lisle. Brandon Glick with Mohr Partners represented Tecta Roofing who is relocating from North Aurora.

Canino Electric Co., a full-service electrical contractor represented by Moran and Tomfohrde, signed a long-term lease for 12,200 square feet of space at 41 Plaza Drive in Westmont. Canino is relocating and expanding from its current facility in Broadview that they own.
