Elect true progressive to Congress

Voters in the Illinois 10th Congressional District have an exciting opportunity to restore true progressive values to our representation in Congress by electing Nancy Rotering in the March 15 primary.

Nancy Rotering is not only hugely qualified, she will recapture the seat and hold it in future elections.

She earned degrees from prestigious institutions and has put that education to work in finance and health care law. Nancy has juggled raising four sons in the Highland Park community in which she grew up with extensive volunteer work.

An activist on education, the environment and human welfare issues, she is now in her second term as (the first woman) mayor of Highland Park. As such, she has fought for our community's safety, defeated the NRA, insisted on and achieved major improvements from ComEd, prioritized city infrastructure and balanced budgets.

Nancy holds principled, progressive stands on international issues, LGBT and a woman's right to choose.

As residents of the 10th District with firsthand knowledge of Nancy's capability, our support is a slam/dunk. We raise our voices in endorsing her along with leading Democrats, including Sen. Dick Durbin, Nancy and Adlai Stevenson III, Abner Mikva, 10th District Democratic township committees, as well as numerous civic organizations.

Please join us in selecting Nancy Rotering for Congress. Don't let this opportunity to elect a winner pass.
