Twitter Inc. (TWTR), down 82 cents to $14.90

The social media company's stock continued to sink over concerns of a potential change in the way messages are displayed.

Energy Transfer Equity L.P. (ETE), down $2.93 to $4.05

The energy company is replacing Jamie Welch as CFO with Thomas Long, currently CFO of affiliate Energy Transfer Partners.

Credit Suisse Group AG (CS), down 54 cents to $14.44

The bank's new CEO asked for his bonus to be cut after it reported a huge loss and plans for 4,000 job cuts.

Harman International Industries Inc. (HAR), down $3.23 to $67.46

A former executive at the car audio and video systems' maker has been charged with insider trading by federal prosecutors.

Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (CTSH), down $4.49 to $54.05

The information technology consulting firm forecast earnings and revenue that were well below analysts' estimates.

Apollo Education Group Inc. (APOL), up $1.67 to $8.62

The for-profit college operator is being taken private in a deal led by a consortium led by investment firm The Vistria Group.

GoPro Inc. (GRPO), up $1.03 to $10.99

The wearable camera company signed a patent licensing deal with Microsoft Corp. for file storage technology.

Facebook Inc. (FB), down $4.32 to $99.75

Indian telecommunications regulators effectively banned the social media company's Free Basics online access plan.
