The Wellness Source to host free 'Half Hour to Health' lecture Saturday, February 6.

The Wellness Source is hosting a free educational health workshop Saturday, February 6 at 12:30 pm to discuss the fundamentals of health and provide tips and tools for achieving a higher level of health and wellness.
