Firms merge to create CPA Advisors Group

Martax Co., formerly of Carpentersville, and Kocolewski and Associates in Rolling Meadows have merged under the new name of CPA Advisors Group, Inc.

The new firm offers a variety of experienced services, including accounting, payroll and income tax services for small to mid-size businesses, not for profits and individual clients, personalized tax and financial management, bookkeeping, tax consulting and preparation and audit services.

Clients will be served at both the Rolling Meadows location at 1645 Hicks Road, Suite N, and at its new Fox Valley area office at 2390 Esplanade Drive, Suite 206, in Algonquin.

"We are very pleased to add a number of new services, increased technology and additional areas of expertise," said Martin Wojtulewicz, founder and owner of CPA Advisors Group, "and pledge to continue the tradition of excellent customer service and knowledge that our clients have come to expect from our professional staff."

Wojtulewicz, a resident of Crystal Lake, is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, the Illinois CPA Society and the Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce.
