Volunteer to help the environment
Conserve Lake County will host ecological work days from 9 a.m. to noon, Saturday, Feb. 13, at Oak Openings, and from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 20, at Casey Farm, both in the Libertyville area. The efforts are in collaboration with Libertyville Township and the Lake County Forest Preserve District, respectively. Cutting invasive brush will be the focus.
