NAI Hiffman to lease ARC Healthcare acquisitions

OAKBROOK TERRACE - NAI Hiffman has been selected by American Realty Capital (ARC Healthcare) to lease two buildings acquired within its portfolio in the last 60 days.

Madison Medical Plaza, located at 301 N. Madison St. in Joliet, is a 70,032 square foot medical office building located on-campus and attached to Presence St. Joseph Hospital. There is currently 7,432 square feet of medical office space available.

Presence Healing Arts Pavilion is located at 410 E. Lincoln Hwy. in New Lenox. The 44,391-square-foot building currently has 10,391 square feet available for medical office use.

Both buildings are anchored long-term by Presence Health, one of the largest behavioral health service networks in Illinois with more than 150 locations around the state including 11 hospitals and 27 long-term care and senior living facilities.

ARC Healthcare chose NAI Hiffman to serve as the leasing agents because of the company's history and expertise in the medical office field, coupled with its strong local presence in the metropolitan Chicago area. ARC Healthcare began its relationship with NAI Hiffman in 2013 when it acquired Rush-Copley's medical office buildings in Aurora and hired NAI Hiffman to manage and lease the properties.

The buildings represent two of the 12 total assets that NAI Hiffman manages or leases for ARC Healthcare in the Midwest.

"We are pleased to expand our work with ARC Healthcare," said Brian Edgerton, Vice President with NAI Hiffman's office services team. "We have a great success story already with ARC's medical office buildings across the Chicagoland market and look forward to doing the same with these two quality assets in southwest suburban Chicago."
