Bartlett police investigating armed robbery
Bartlett police are investigating a report of an armed robbery Tuesday afternoon at a townhouse on the 1900 block of Fountain Grass Circle.
Police said in a news release that the victim invited a known acquaintance and several other individuals into his residence. During the gathering, a gun was displayed and his safe was stolen.
The safe contained $1,200, the title to the victim's vehicle, a Social Security card, a calculator and six video games, with a total value estimated at $1,630, according to the police report.
