Lake Zurich building sells for $1 million
LAKE ZURICH - SVN | Chicago Commercial recently represented the seller in the sale of a 20,000 square foot industrial building at 805 Telser Road in Lake Zurich.
The building sold for $1 million.
Paul Cawthon and Angelo Labriola of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller.
"805 Telser Road is a newer construction shell with high power and was very well maintained. Ownership grew out of the space and moved their headquarters up the street within the same business park," Labriola said.
"The deal was attractive to the seller because of its short timeline and a closing date before the end of the year," he added.
