Free emergency training

A free six-week training course on emergency preparedness will be held from 7 to 10 p.m. Wednesday evenings from Feb. 17 through March 23, at the Fremont Township Center, 22385 Route 60, Mundelein. Topics include disaster preparedness, fire safety, first aid skills, light search and rescue, disaster psychology and terrorism, and information about the local Community Emergency Response Team.
