Fast-forward to 2019: President Trump has flown to the Middle East to conduct sensitive trade negotiations with the potentates of the moment. "Wait a minute! I'm the smartest guy in this room! I must be, because I have more money than any of you! You don't like my terms? You're all idiots! And my poll numbers are higher than yours! Fuel up the Lear - I'm outta here!"
