Beverly Financial Group merges with Sentinus

OAK BROOK - Wealth management firm Sentinus has merged with Beverly Financial Group, the firms announced.

Terms of the merger were not announced. The two firms have similar client bases and both offer holistic and personalized financial planning, the company said in a release.

Approaching its 70th year in business, Sentinus is focused on longevity with the merger and recent opening of its new 5,374-square-foot Oak Brook office in November, which will accommodate the expansion.

Beverly Financial Group brings 200 client families and business owners to Sentinus. Their connections in Beverly and the surrounding communities will expand Sentinus' footprint throughout Chicagoland.

"Our long-standing successful working history with Beverly Financial makes this merger a natural fit because our companies were developed with the same practices and values," said Sentinus President Scott Reynolds "As we look to the future, this strategic expansion will allow us to best serve our clients and touch even more markets."

Rich Lusk, president of Beverly Financial Group, and his wife, Belinda Lusk, join Sentinus with decades of industry experience. Rich has served as a financial adviser for more than 30 years and is a certified financial planner, Chartered Financial Consultant (CHFC), and is also registered and licensed as a full-service investment and insurance professional. Belinda has helped her husband and associate build their financial services business for more than 20 years by managing client interaction and office operations.

"The cultures and operations of our two firms are incredibly similar," said Rich Lusk. "We trust Scott and the Sentinus team with our valued clients and look forward to the strong team environment, collaborative work culture and greater resources to focus on our clients and our future."

Rich and Belinda Lusk will join the Sentinus office in Oak Brook but will retain a presence in Beverly.
