Geneva 70, West Aurora 42: In an Upstate Eight crossover, Grace Loberg scored 19 points and Margaret Whitley added 17 to lead the Vikings (11-2). Ashley Williams had 10 points for West Aurora (7-7).

St. Charles North 58, Cary-Grove 39: Morgan Rosencrants scored 15 points to lead the North Stars (11-3) to the nonconference win. Kyla Helsel added 9 points while Claire Jakaitis, Abaigeal Tarapey and Anna Davern had 8 each for SCN. Olivia Miller led Cary-Grove (4-13) with 9 points while Maddie Gorz and Katie Sowa had 8 each.

East Aurora 40, Harvest Christian 38: Paulina Castro had 14 points and Isamar Garcia added 13 for Harvest (11-6) in this nonconference loss.

CL South 53, Marian Central 44: Chanel Fanter scored 20 points while Kelly Gaede and Annika Sevcik added 9 each for Crystal Lake South (14-6) in its nonconference win.

Lake Zurich 41, Jacobs 29: In nonconference action, Nicole Durben and Talia Surges led Jacobs (5-10) with 7 points each.
