Turkey Burgers with Spicy Mayo

For the spicy mayo

½ cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce

For the burgers

1 pound ground turkey

¼ cup Olive Muffalata (recommended: That Pickle Guy Classicolive muffalata)

1 tablespoon shallots, minced

2 tablespoons sweet red bell pepper, minced

¼ teaspoon pepper

Buns, lettuce and cheese for serving

To make the mayo, mix together ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.

For the burgers, thoroughly mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl and then form four patties. Heat a large pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on one side, then flip and cook on the other side another 4 to 5 minutes until the burgers reach 165 degrees. These burgers and sauce can be served alone or with buns, lettuce and cheese.
