White Balsamic Vinaigrette

¼ cup finely minced shallots

¼ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon garlic salt

½ teaspoon dried parsley

½ cup white balsamic vinegar

½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

½ cup vegetable oil

2 tablespoons water

Put all the ingredients in a medium size bowl and whisk together. Store in a jar or airtight container.

Makes about 2 cups
