Stay active this winter with St. Charles Singles Club

Get out and about this winter by participating in the St. Charles Singles Club activities. Open to singles aged 40 and older, St. Charles Singles Club has planned many events, all listed on the club's website at www.stcharlessinglesclub.com. Here are some highlights of winter activities.

On Saturday, Jan. 30, join a night of Candlelight Bowling. Meet at 7:30 p.m. at Wheaton Bowl, 2031 N. Gary Ave. in Wheaton. Bowling, pizza buffet and more are available for a cost of $19, not including beverages. Spectators may enjoy the buffet for $11. To RSVP or for more information, contact Linda at (630) 234-4339.

On Saturday, Feb. 13, they will be traveling to Lake Geneva to participate in Winterfest and the U.S. Snow Sculpting Contest. Details will be posted soon on the website.

Dancing at Villa Olivia in Bartlett is scheduled for the second and fourth Mondays each month. Dance from 7:30 to 11 p.m., with music provided by DJ Fast Freddy. On Jan. 11 and 25, waltz dance lessons will be offered at 6:30 p.m. for $3 per person. In February, they will be learning the steps to Night Club 2 Step. Dressy casual attire requested.
