Huntley, Kaneland remain unbeaten
Ali Andrews scored 21 points and Morgan Clausen added 14 Tuesday night to lead the Huntley girls basketball team to a 46-36 win over Palatine at the Dundee-Crown Thanksgiving tournament.
Paige Renkosik added 7 points for the Red Raiders, who moved to 4-0 on the season with the win.
Kaneland 63, Regina 16: At the ICCP tournament, Camri Conley scored 16 points and Morgan Weber added 10 for Kaneland (3-0). Kylie Modaff and Vanessa Gould each pitched in 8 points for the Knights.
Schaumburg 51, St. Charles East 42: At the Schaumburg tournament, Sara Rosenfeldt had 14 points to lead St. Charles East (0-4). Kelly Rinker added 9 points for the Saints.
Wheaton Academy 61, Aurora Christian 53: Emily Ward scored 14 points and Kirsten Madsen had 13 for Aurora Christian in this nonconference loss. Tori Henning added 11 points for the Eagles (3-2).
South Elgin 46, Jacobs 33: Bridgette Williams and Mackie Kelleher had 14 points each to lead the Storm (3-1) to a win at the Dundee-Crown tournament. Nicole Durben led Jacobs (1-3) with 10 points.
Addison Trail 64, Elgin 30: Alisha Panthier (9 points) and Raechel Untalan (8 points) led Elgin (1-3) in this loss at the Addison Trail/Fenton tournament.
