Principle completes renovation of Hwacheon showroon

ROSEMONT - Principle Construction Corp. recently completed a renovation of the building at 555 Bond St. in Lincolnshire IL, into a new office and showroom space for Hwacheon.

Korea's largest independent machine tool builder purchased and remodeled the 13,775-square-foot building to include 4,000 square feet of offices and a 5,300 square foot showroom. Principle also constructed new restrooms, added a conference room, training center and various exterior upgrades to the facade and landscaping.

"We're glad to see a company reinvesting in its building," said James A. Brucato, co-owner Principle Construction. "New technology in the tool and die industry deserves to be showcased in a building like the Hwacheon Tech Center. Hwacheon was very image conscious and not only wanted the remodeled facility to be functional they wanted the facility to be architecturally appealing both inside and out. Now that Hwacheon in and settled we are happy to say we achieved that."

Principle Co-Owner Mark E. Augustyn was the principal on the project, while Principle's Ken Lattanzi served as project manager and Mark Frane served as the on-site Superintendent. Heitman Architects served as the project architect.
