Police: Men in masks rob Naperville gas station

Two men wearing masks and gloves robbed a gas station Friday morning in Naperville and now police are asking for help finding them, authorities said.

The men entered the Shell station about 5:30 a.m. at 1295 Rickert Drive, announced a robbery and escaped with an undisclosed amount of cash, police said.

Two women working at the station were not injured. The men fled on foot heading west.

Cmdr. Jason Arres said the suspect descriptions are vague because of the masks and gloves the men were wearing, but officers are reviewing surveillance video to look for leads.

Police said one of the suspects was wearing a black hooded jacket and the other was wearing a red, white and black hooded jacket, but no further description is available.

Police are asking anyone who may have seen the robbery or has information about it to call the investigations division at (630) 420-6666.
