Fox Valley Men of Harmony to perform holiday concert Dec. 6

The Fox Valley Men of Harmony chorus, named "the most Improved Barbershop Chorus in Illinois in 2014," will present its 11th annual Holiday Concert at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6, at First United Methodist Church, 216 E. Highland Ave. in downtown Elgin. There is public parking garage across the street. The chorus is directed by Doug Smith.

This family show will feature familiar songs of the season performed in four-part harmony by the men's chorus, local quartets and the Crystal Lake South High School Madrigal Choir. It also will include a spirited audience sing-along.

General admission tickets are $10. Children under 5 years old are free.
