District 46 foundation STEM event on Tuesday

Foundation46, a private organization that financially assists Grayslake Elementary District 46, will host an evening with Northern Illinois University's science, technology, engineering and mathematics outreach program. Students will be introduced to the wonders of science, technology, engineering and math in what organizers say will be a fun-packed event from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 17, at Woodview School, 340 Alleghany Road in Grayslake. Admission is $10 per family and doors will open at 6 p.m. All district students including private school and home school students, parents and community members are invited.
