Hoffman Estates holiday tree-lighting ceremony set for Nov. 21
Hoffman Estates will host its annual Friendship Tree-Lighting Ceremony beginning at 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 21, in front of the main entrance to village hall, 1900 Hassell Road.
The free family-friendly event fills up quickly, so the village recommends visitors arrive early for a good view of the fireworks. Entertainment will be provided The Noteables, a local singing group, and the dance troupe HOTT Productions. A special visitor will pop in for a visit with children, and light refreshments will be served.
Donations of canned good or personal toiletry items are appreciated to replenish local food pantries. Drop-offs can be made throughout the year at village hall. For more information, call (847) 781-2606.
