Former U.S. House Speaker Dennis Hastert is expected to plead guilty today in a federal hush-money case. 'Ink Master' winner found dead in Roselle hotel room

Plainfield resident Scott Marshall, who won Season 4 of “Ink Master” on Spike TV, was found dead in a Roselle hotel room Sunday, according to reports. The DuPage County coroner is investigating Marshall's death, Chief Deputy Coroner Charlie Dastych confirmed. “All we're saying is the investigation is ongoing,” Dastych said. “We're still not putting anything else out.” Full story.

Bears name teacher at Glen Ellyn school a hero in the classroom

The Chicago Bears named 46-year-old Brian Pindar, a teacher at Lincoln Elementary School in Glen Ellyn, a Hero in the Classroom Tuesday. Pindar had mild dyslexia and low self-esteem as a student, but he also had teachers and coaches who always told him to dig deeper. “You've got more in you than you think,” he now tells his students. Addiction recovery center plan revived in Kane County

Bulls get tough in final seconds, beat Cavs
