Ralph's World set to rock Chesak Elementary Oct. 22

Ralph's World is coming to Huntley, courtesy of the Huntley Area Public Library and District 158 Parent-Tot.

The creation of rocker, songwriter and author Ralph Covert, this high-energy concert is set to rock Chesak Elementary School's gymnasium at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 22.

Covert, previously of the Chicago-based rock group, the Bad Examples, provides a superfun, early childhood music performance with kid-friendly lyrics. He was nominated for Best Musical Album for Children at the 48th Grammy Awards.

Free tickets to the concert are available at the Huntley Area Public Library's Children's Room Desk while supplies last.

Geared toward families with children ages 2-6, they are encouraged to bring a blanket to sit on and enjoy the show. Doors open at Chesak at 6:20 p.m. Chesak Elementary School is at 10910 Reed Road, Lake in the Hills.
