Learn about eco-friendly landscaping

The program "Savvy Garden, Savvy Lawn: An Introduction to Eco-Friendly Landscaping" will be presented from 7 to 8:45 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 20, at the Fremont Public Library, 1170 N. Midlothian Road, Mundelein. Earth-friendly approaches increasingly are being incorporated into yards, business properties and other landscapes. The program is presented by Lake to Prairie Wild Ones. No fee or registration is required. Visit http://laketoprairie.wildones.org.
