Bowen Park Theatre auditions

The Waukegan Park District's Bowen Park Theatre is holding an open call for the play, "Agnes of God," that will be on the Schornick stage in late January and into February. Auditions are Sunday, Oct. 18, noon to 5:30 p.m., and Monday, Oct. 19, 5:30 to 9 p.m. at the Schornick Theatre in Goodfellow Hall, 39 Jack Benny Drive, Waukegan. Actors are asked to bring in a headshot and résumé to the audition and to prepare a two-minute dialogue. The audition will include a cold read from the script and singing a short hymn. The play is scheduled for Jan. 29, 30, and Feb. 5, 6, 7, 12, 13, 14. Curtain is at 8 p.m., with a 3 p.m. curtain for Sunday matinees Feb. 7 and 14.
