Countyline Tavern opens in Buffalo Grove

Countyline Tavern opens Monday in Buffalo Grove. The new bar and restaurant serves up American craft fare and all-American craft beers, lagers and ales, as well as imported IPAs and pilsners, stouts and ciders. Lunch hours are 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Dinner hours are 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 4 to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday. Countyline Tavern is at 800 W. Martini Room's belly dancing

Eastern Groove Studio presents super spooky belly dancing at the Martini Room with shows beginning at 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 14. Wednesday drink specials include five Halloween-themed mini-martinis for $15. October's martini of the month is the pumpkin pie martini for $10. No cover. Martini Room is at 161 E. Thirsty Whale's Da Bears
