Parents' stories heartbreaking, uplifting

I'm an avid reader of the Daily Herald, but never has an article brought me to tears as "Heartbreak and healing" did. (Neighborhood section, Sept. 28).

I never cry, but after reading the testimonials of those courageous parents who lost their precious babies, I lost it. How deep love can go, how much one can care, how connected one can be was exemplified in the human sensitivity and heartbreak of parents Joe Wilfinger, Marty Mitchell, and Shannon Wagner.

Thank You, Daily Herald, for acknowledging these moms and dads. And to these parents: peace and good health.
