Fantasy Football Draft Gets Classier With Pizza, Beer, Free WIFI In Private Boardroom Offered By Cadwell's Grille In Embassy Suites Deerfield

DEERFIELD - Fantasy football drafts are getting classier, especially for those used to sitting in a cramped basement surrounded by spilled beer and stale chips when choosing their players, thanks to a special event package offered by Cadwell's Grille in the Embassy Suites Deerfield, 1445 Lake Cook Rd.

The Fantasy Football Draft Party features pizza, wings, snacks, soft drinks, and two pitchers of beer for $35 inclusive per person in a private boardroom with free WIFI. To reserve the draft party package, please call Cadwell's Grille, (847) 597-2725.

For the second football season, Cadwell's Grille www.cadwellsgrille.com, which sports six flat screen TVs, will feature complete sports packages and a "Giveaway Special." Monday and Thursday nights will feature "Game Day" food and drink specials, and raffle off NFL prizes of apparel, jerseys, and more throughout the season.

Located one block south of Lake Cook Road in Deerfield, Cadwell's Grille offers comfort food with a twist, a downtown experience featuring grass fed burgers, barbecue ribs and short ribs, prawns and grits, rotisserie chicken, grilled steaks, and seared pork belly. Cadwell's Grille is a dining destination focusing on a modern and fun ambiance, known for excellent service and great food.

Cadwell's Grille has produced an excellent reputation among those who already have found it not only for its regular menu items; including a "Destination Healthy" children's menu, but also its many specials: Build-'Yo-Own-Burger-'Yo-Way Bar; Wednesday and Saturday night Prime Rib, Friday night All You Can Eat Fish Fry; Sunday 3-Course $15 Early Bird; plus its blue plate specials that are really served on blue plates; and Thursday Kids Eat Free where 10 percent of the proceeds are donated to No Kid Hungry.

Most recently, diners from throughout the area, hotel guests, and banquet goers began to enjoy the addition of bolder flavors new executive chef, Eric Kim, discovered from his travels in Asia and his experiences at a wide variety of Chicago area restaurants and country clubs. Kim is enhancing the comfort food with a twist concept that has made Cadwell's Grille a successful urban-like dining experience in the suburbs.

To that end, Kim has added a melt-in-your mouth whiskey-soaked (braised for 12 hours) Reuben sandwich as a blue plate special that has been selling so well it may be added to the regular menu under the name, "Whiskey and Rye." It has his own-made sauerkraut and whisky-infused caraway seeds, melted Swiss cheese, and tangy 1000 island dressing. Kim also is considering adding specials to the already popular menu, such as a ribeye steak with balsamic marinated grilled vegetables (Portobello mushrooms, red bell peppers, asparagus, and yellow squash), buttermilk fried onions, and roasted fingerling potatoes with lemon zest and fresh herbs.

Earlier this year, Dear Wungwattana, Director of Food and Beverage of the Embassy Suites in Deerfield, received the prestigious Spirit of Embassy Award from Embassy Suites Hotels, the national brand of upscale, all-suite hotels, part of Hilton Worldwide, the leading global hospitality company. Nominated by her peers, Wungwattana was one of only 70 chosen from nearly 30,000 team members nationwide to win the award.

Also, Cadwell's Grille, which seats 55 in the main dining room, 20 in the bar, and 75 in adjacent Cadwell's Lounge, was recently named #1 restaurant in Deerfield by contributors to the well-respected, influential TripAdvisor online rating site.
