Join 'Welcome Baby' program at Geneva library
Mingle with new parents and learn about resources available for families of newborns at this program for parents and babies, newborn to 11 months old, from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 10 at the Geneva Public Library, 127 James St.
Each baby will receive a board book for his or her home library.
