Prairieview at The Garlands achieved a perfect overall 5-star rating for the fourth year in a row from the federal government's Center for Medicare Services (CMS) for quality.
Prairieview at The Garlands offers around-the-clock assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing services within the context of the Garlands of Barrington, a premier continuing care retire-ment community located at 1000 Garlands Lane, Barrington, IL. Access to the highly rated skilled nursing at Prairieview for short-term rehab or long-term skilled nursing care is limited (due to state licensing agreements) to, and an added benefit for, residents who currently live within The Garlands retirement community as independent living or assisted living members.
