Diana Rauner set to speak at Lake County leadership breakfast

Tickets are available for United Way of Lake County's annual leadership breakfast with keynote speaker, Diana Rauner. The breakfast is Wednesday, Oct. 14, from 7:30 to 9:30 a.m., at Independence Grove Forest Preserve, 16400 West Buckley Road, Libertyville. Tickets can be purchased online at www.LIVEUNITEDlakecounty.org/breakfast. Rauner is the first lady of Illinois and president of Ounce of Prevention, a public-private partnership that prepares children for success in school and in life. The Ounce believes in starting early to unlock the power of human potential and advancing program and policy efforts interactively to foster systemic change. Diana's work as President is rooted in her background researching early childhood programs, as well as her experience in investment banking and private equity.
