Search continues for suspects in armed robbery at Batavia AT&T store

Police continue to investigate an armed robbery at the AT&T Store in the 200 block of Randall Road in Batavia Monday evening, authorities said.

Witnesses told Batavia police that two men entered the store at about 7 p.m., showed a hand gun to the store clerk, then took money, cell phones and other electronic devices, authorities said.

The suspects ran to a vehicle after leaving the store, authorities said, then drove away in an unknown direction.

Witnesses described the suspects as being black men, between 20 years and 30 years old, standing about 6-feet tall with thin builds, officials said.
