Wauconda pet parade on Aug. 27
Wauconda businesses will team up Aug. 27 for the fifth annual Back to Drool Pet Parade. The event begins at 5:30 p.m. in the middle of the Wauconda Farmer's Market on Main Street. Sponsors include Bark 'N' Town, Wauconda Animal Hospital and the Wauconda Area Chamber of Commerce. Preregistration forms and parade policies are available online at tinyurl.com/2015petparade. On-site registration begins at 4 p.m. at the Wauconda Area Chamber office, 100 N. Main St.
