Last chance to vote for Suburban Chicago's Got Talent

A Funjet vacation for two could be won by any one of the Top 10 finalists for Suburban Chicago's Got Talent. But first, fans have to do their part by casting votes online.

At dailyherald.com/entertainment/talent, you can see contestant videos from Sunday's Top 10 show at Schaumburg's Prairie Center for the Arts. You can also cast votes for the Fan Favorite prize beginning at 12:01 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 4, and concluding at 11:59 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 6.

The act with the highest number of online votes from this and previous rounds will be named Fan Favorite, which will be announced at the Taste of Arlington Heights after all Top 10 finalists perform one more time at 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8.

The grand prize winner of the competition, now in its fifth year, will be chosen by a panel of judges featuring Ron Onesti, Beth Waller, John Flamini and Barbara Vitello. At stake is a STARter Kit promotional package that includes the chance to perform at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles as an opening act for a major headliner.

Suburban Chicago's Got Talent is sponsored by the Daily Herald, the Prairie Center for the Arts in Schaumburg, Onesti Entertainment, AMITA Health, Rohrman Auto Group, Salon Lorrene in Palatine and the Arlington Heights Chamber of Commerce.
