McHenry County College to hold supervisory leadership series

CRYSTAL LAKE - McHenry County College's Workforce, Community and Business Programs is accepting registrations for a Developmental Dimensions International's Supervisory Leadership Series, which will be held from 8 a.m.-noon on Fridays, August 7 through September 25.

The DDI Supervisory Leadership curriculum accelerates the development of important people skills. The series topics include: Essentials of Leadership, Getting Started as a New Leaders, Resolving Conflict, Delegating for Results, Setting Performance Expectations, Setting Goals and Reviewing Performance, Coaching for Improvement, and Achieving Your Leadership Potential.

Participants can register for individual courses or the entire series. The eight course series fee is discounted by 15 percent at $1,122. Use course code: NTL S22 001 to register for this Supervisory Leadership Series and contact the Shah Center for individual course information. Fees for an individual course are $165.
