Which new stores are coming to Aurora outlet expansion?

A 50-store expansion at Chicago Premium Outlets is expected to be complete late next month, bringing luxury coats, watches, shoes and more to the Aurora mall.

Owners announced Wednesday the names of three new stores joining the mix at a 290,000-square-foot addition nearing completion on the east side of the existing mall.

The stores include German luxury coat company Wellensteyn Outlet, which is opening its first Midwest location, as well as watchmaker Movado and shoe company Sperry Top-Sider.

These shops will join 20 already announced in April as part of the outlet mall's $110 million expansion.

Previously announced new stores for the outlet center off I-88 at Farnsworth Road include anchor tenant Saks Fifth Avenue Off 5th, plus Abercrombie & Fitch Outlet, American Eagle Outfitters, bebe, Clarins, Columbia Sportswear, Corningware Corelle & More, Express Factory Outlet, Finish Line, Fragrance Outlet, The Limited Outlet, The Luggage Factory, Mountain Warehouse, Vans, Old Navy Outlet, Quicksilver, Robert Graham, Tommy Hilfiger Kids, UGG Australia and Vince.

Aside from new shopping options, the renovation will bring fireplaces, art installations, a feature pond, enhanced landscaping, new sidewalks, upgraded seating and lounge areas, fresh paint, new lighting and new food options including M Burger and Rise Pies.

Once the addition is complete, the mall will include 170 stores and 688,000 square feet of shopping space.
