Services for Ted Muno

Services for longtime Mundelein resident Edward N. "Ted" Muno, 73, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, July 18, at Santa Maria del Popolo Church, 116 N. Lake St., Mundelein. Visitation is 4 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Kristan Funeral Home P.C., 219 W. Maple Ave., two blocks west of Route 45 on Route 176 in Mundelein. Muno founded the Mundelein Youth Officials Association, coached junior football for the Knights of Columbus, and coached baseball for the American Legion. He was a past Grand Knight for the Knights of Columbus and was appointed to the Mundelein Park & Recreation District board in 1989 and served until 1997.
