Hamburger 'Stuff' & Noodles

1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 jalapeño, diced fine (optional)
1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
Dash of cayenne pepper
¼-½ box Rotini pasta
In a large skillet, brown ground beef, drain off fat. Add diced onion, green pepper and jalapeño, if using, to large skillet along with cooked ground beef over low heat. Add seasoning and can of soup and about a half can of water and stir until blended. Remove from heat. Cook noodles according the package directions. Reheat meat mixture over low heat. Drain noodles and add to hamburger. Extra noodles may be added to stretch recipe. Add salt and pepper according to taste. Serve with a side salad and cheesy garlic bread. Excellent served cold the next day.
