Enter Palatine Library's Project Tomorrow: Art and Writing Contest

Do you ever imagine what the future will bring? Share your vision of what life will be like in 100 years! As part of the Summer Reading Program, "Read into the Future," Palatine Library invites creative kids, teens, and adults to enter the Project Tomorrow Contest, beginning July 1. There are two ways to participate: submit a visual arts entry (drawing, painting, or photography; maximum size: 16 x 20"); or, a typed writing entry (poetry-less than 50 lines; short fiction or essay-less than 2000 words) with a completed Entry Form.

Professional judges will determine winners. All entries will be displayed on the first floor of the Main Library through August 15. Winners will receive a time capsule kit, an award certificate, and be notified by August 15.

This contest is open to valid Palatine Public Library District cardholders. One visual arts entry and one typed writing entry allowed per person.
