Jake Lindstedt went 3-for-3 with 3 RBI as the Warriors (17-6, 11-2) swept the Metro Suburban West series. R.W. Rienow, who had 2 hits, and Harrison Taylor drove in 2 runs. Bryce Sandberg needed only 78 pitches to go the distance.

St. Francis 5, Aurora Christian 2:

The Spartans (15-7) scored 4 runs in the first inning and held on for their ninth straight victory. Brett Whelton went 3-for-3 with 3 doubles and 2 RBI. Theo Lamperis struck out nine and scattered 3 hits to win on the mound.

The Trojans (9-11, 8-8) scored the game-winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning of their Metro Suburban Conference victory. Carter Johnson went 2-for-3 and was the complete-game winning pitcher.

Winning pitcher Conor Hayes, Jon Kruppe and Cole Channell drove in 2 runs and Lee Barnes added 2 hits and scored 3 runs for the victorious Redwings (13-10).
