'It's All About the Paws' June 3-5 in St. Charles

IPMG is proud to announce that they will be hosting its first animal adoption event, “It's All About the Paws.”

IPMG is dedicated to serving families in the Chicago area. In this instance, they want to help families find their perfect new addition to their family.

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Wednesday, June 3, though Friday, June 5, at the IPMG office, 225 Smith Road, St. Charles.

All proceeds from the event will go to the animal rescues. This money will be used to keep strays off the streets and any medical attention the animals need, it also will be used for supplies, such as food, bowls, towels, etc. The goal is to raise $10,000 to distribute to the rescues.

An estimated 4 million dogs and cats are euthanized every year! These animals never get a chance to make it to their forever homes.

IPMG wants to get involved to help find homes for these animals and to help support the local animal rescues who take in these needy souls. Without animal rescues these animals are looking at rough and possibly short lives. With your participation in this event, you can help put an end to their suffering.

“It's All About the Paws” is getting many of the local shelters involved to help as many animals as possible. Shelters that are in the works are: 4 Paws 4U4 Ever, Midwest Lab Rescue, Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue and much more.

In effort to raise as much money as possible, they will be having fun activities for guests and their pets or newly adopted pets, including a “celebrity” guest star; Josh from Chicagoland Bully Breed Rescue; K-9 unit demonstration; portraits with your pet for $5; and paw painting for $5.

Raffle tickets are $1. There will be T-shirt sales for $15.

“It's All About the Paws” also will have an animal nutritionist, walkers, trainers and many opportunities to volunteer.
