Thanks for your support of D214 - and us

We want to thank all of the citizens of District 214 who voted for us and High School District 214 on April 7. District 214 has long history of providing students of our communities with outstanding high school educations. Your positive vote affirmed your support of the educational excellence embodied in District 214.

We particularly want to thank all of the volunteers who supported us. Many people came forward to circulate signature petitions, walk precincts, write letters to the editors, display yard signs and donate funds. Without the support of these marvelous volunteers most of what was done during the campaign would not have been possible.

We also want to thank the mayors and village presidents, former mayors/village presidents, members of area school boards, local elected officials, educational leaders, retired educators, business leaders and residents for their endorsements. The endorsements demonstrated a unity of spirit within the community and validated the outstanding job that District 214 is doing.

We want to especially thank the members of the Campaign Committee for the "Supporters of District 214".

Finally, we want to thank our families for their support. They were always there to offer encouragement and understanding throughout the campaign.
